Click on this Excel Version of the order form and download it to your computer (don't try to fill in the form online.) To download to Excel on you computer go to "File" in the upper left ribbon. Click on the 3 dots at left. Click "Save As". Then click "Download A Copy". When you open the file you will see a button at the top that says,  "Enable Editing".  Click it and fill in the form. When it is completed, Save it and email it to: nancyshere@gmail.com

From the "How to Order" page, you can either Venmo your payment or mail in a check to the specified address.

Click on this PDF Version of the order form and download it to your computer. You can print out this order form and fill it in by hand and mail it to the specified address from the "How to Order" page, with your payment or Venmo separately.
